Kohala Ranch Lots
These 3+ to 10+ acre equestrian parcels are located in the North Kohala District, just beyond the South Kohala District line, many parcels qualifying for an agricultural tax exemption in an established pasture lease (a net property tax of only $100 per year), with every lot offering an ocean view, underground utilities at the lot lines, including good water.
Kohala Ranch Homes
The market offers some already-built, single-family residences (some with a second agricultural dwelling for ranch hands) which are located at elevations that vary from a warm & dry 300 feet above seal level to almost 3,000 feet (cooler, lush & green). Choose your desired climate (approximately four degrees fahrenheit per thousand feet), and make your property selection accordingly.
Waiki'i Ranch
For elbow-roomers, these 10 to 40 acre parcels are located in an upcountry setting along Saddle Road (undergoing realignment and other improvements in connection with a thoroughfare from the west side of the island to Hilo). These properties offer distant, but spectacular, vast ocean views.

Farther north of Mauna Lani is Mauna Kea, offering properties for those with highly-discriminating tastes and the ability to satisfy such desires. Lots, condominiums, and single-family dwellings are available.
Kohala By The Sea
This subdivision offers 1-acre parcels (vacant land and lots with already-built homes) in an upscale area just north of Kawaihae Harbor
Kohala Waterfront
Half-acre lots (vacant land and lots with homes) are available on the ocean side of the highway, just steps to the water itself.
Waikoloa Beaches
Close to resorts and fine shopping areas, opportunities include condominiums (and very few individual lots / single-family residences) in a wide range of prices. Be mindful that no pets are allowed in the Waikoloa Beach area residences.
Mauna Lani Resorts Area
Just north of the Waikoloa Beaches area, Mauna Lani offers luxurious accommodations in an upscale resort with a high end shopping center.
